Product Overview

The SY-8200 product is a new type of modular, intelligent operation measurement display device designed and developed based on the current development of medium voltage system switchgear technology.

This series of products integrates the functions of main circuit simulation indication, live indication and lockout, real-time digital display of temperature and humidity, automatic heating control, automatic exhaust cooling control, circuit breaker opening and closing status indication, energy storage, grounding switch indication, trolley position indication, intelligent anti-mistake voice prompt, human body induction alarm voice warning, circuit breaker incoming and outgoing busbar temperature measurement and display, fault record query, clock indication, manual and automatic energy storage selection, remote local switching, opening and closing operation and RS 485 communication interface, which can be selected according to needs. This product is equipped with the switch cabinet with an integrated layout, which will simplify the panel structure design of the switch cabinet, beautify the panel layout of the switch cabinet, and the indication function and performance of the switch status.

 This series can be used for 3~40KV indoor switch cabinets, suitable for central cabinets, trolley cabinets, fixed cabinets, ring network cabinets and other switch cabinets. It complies with IEC255-22 standards.

 1. Main technical features

 1. Usage Enviroment

 a) Temperature: The upper limit of ambient air temperature is 65℃, and the average value within 24 hours shall not exceed 35℃; the lower limit of ambient air temperature is -40℃.

 b) Humidity: The relative humidity of the atmosphere shall not exceed 50%RH when the ambient air temperature is 40℃. It may be higher at lower temperatures, for example, 95%RH at 20℃. Special measures have been taken to deal with occasional condensation on the product surface due to temperature changes.

 c) Altitude: The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.

 2. Installation

 a) The installation inclination with the vertical plane shall not exceed 5 degrees;

 b) It should be installed in a place without significant vibration and impact.

 4. Pollution degree: The pollution degree is "Pollution Degree 3".

 5. Protection grade: IP20.

 6. Clock accuracy: error ≤ 0.5s (23°C).
