SYK microcomputer protection device

1. Overview

SYK series is a comprehensive microcomputer protection device specially developed for 10kV/6kV voltage level lines and main equipment. It has applicable functions, stable performance, simple use and maintenance, strong anti-interference ability and high cost performance. Due to its small size and simple wiring, it is particularly suitable for installation in switch cabinets or ring network cabinets.

2. Features:

● Friendly human-machine interface, LCD full Chinese display, can simultaneously display wiring diagram, measurement, alarm and other information.

●High reliability. The components use industrial-grade CMOS chips, and electromagnetic compatibility is considered in the chassis design, power supply design, and circuit design, which has strong anti-interference ability.

●Powerful remote device management function, which can realize remote control, remote signaling, remote adjustment, remote measurement and other functions through the host computer.

● It has event recording function. It can save 30 SOE records at the same time, and can record the time, type and action value of the event. It also has the function of not losing the data when the power is off.

● Good self-test system, including the detection of normal values of RAM, FLASH, fixed values and measurement channel coefficients.

●The device has high cost performance and small size, and is particularly suitable for decentralized installation on switch cabinets and ring network cabinets.

3. Function

3.1 Protection function

The SYK series can realize a variety of protection functions, such as: three-stage current protection, inverse time overcurrent protection, zero-sequence overcurrent protection, negative-sequence overcurrent protection, low voltage protection, overvoltage protection, overload protection, standby automatic transfer, standby automatic recovery, post-acceleration, temperature protection, gas protection, grounding alarm, control circuit disconnection alarm, zero-sequence overvoltage alarm, PT disconnection alarm, three-phase primary reclosing, low-frequency load reduction, etc.

3.2 Control function

Various controllable switch devices can be remotely controlled by the host computer, such as the opening and closing operations of circuit breakers.

3.3 Measurement function

The measurement of all electric quantities is obtained by AC sampling. The sampling components use precision voltage and current sensors, which are small in size, light in weight, and high in accuracy. They can measure the phase voltage (Ua, Ub, Uc) or line voltage (Uab, Ubc, Uca) of the circuit, measure current (Ia, Ic), protection current (IaB, IbB, IcB), zero-sequence voltage (U0), zero-sequence current (I0), active power (P), reactive power (Q), active electricity (integrated electricity APh), reactive electricity (integrated electricity AQh). The CT and PT ratios can be adjusted as needed, and the actual primary and secondary values can be directly displayed.

3.4 Input quantity detection function

The SYK series has up to 12 binary input terminals, and uploads their status quantities, which can be set according to user needs.

3.5 Remote management function

SYK series has RS485 communication interface and Ethernet communication interface. Each functional unit can communicate with the main control computer (or communication management machine) to realize remote transmission and exchange of information. The main control computer (or communication management machine) can also realize remote query and setting of the protection device setting value and remote control of the device.

3.6 Event recording function

The SYK series has 30 event recording functions, which can automatically record the time and type of events. The resolution of its time recording is less than 2 milliseconds, and it has the function of not losing power.
