The YB-12/0.4 pre-installed box-type substation is a complete substation manufactured and assembled in the factory, which includes a transformer, high-voltage compartment and control equipment, low-voltage compartment, control equipment, internal wiring, metering, compensation, surge protectors, and other auxiliary equipment, all housed within a common enclosure or through type testing. It is a new piece of equipment for the renovation of urban and rural substations, widely applicable to power supply for urban street lighting, green areas, high-rise buildings, commercial areas, rural areas, factories, and railways.

It is extensively used in urban grid construction and serves as a new type of distribution device that replaces building distribution rooms and pole-mounted transformers. Before installation, the box-type substation should be placed in an appropriate location according to normal usage conditions.
