High voltage switchgear has functions such as overhead incoming and outgoing lines, cable incoming and outgoing lines, and busbar connection. 1. Maintenance of current transformers.

Wipe the surface of the transformer with a cloth and check that the secondary terminal and iron core of the transformer are well grounded. After removing all primary wires of the current transformer, it should be verified. When replacing the current transformer, the equipment model should be carefully checked and verified before replacement.

2. Vacuum circuit breaker maintenance.

Clean the circuit breaker insulator and vacuum chamber, and wipe them clean with a cloth. Check that the energy storage spring is not deformed or corroded. The transmission shaft rotates flexibly and is lubricated with oil. All components should be in good condition. Due to the vibration during opening and closing, the loosening of screws and opening pins hinders the normal operation of the mechanism. Therefore, all fixing screws, opening pins, etc. should be complete and reliable. Each bolt connection is sturdy and evenly stressed. Check that the three-phase contact finger spring is not deformed and there is no heating or discoloration on the contact surface.

3. Maintenance of microcomputer protection unit.

Clean the external terminals of the protection unit, brush them clean with a dry flat oil brush, and ensure that all components are in good condition without any looseness or heating. The protection setting and pressure plate return inspection should be consistent with the ledger, and the protection unit should be verified. Before replacing the protection unit, carefully check the unit type and provide two versions of drawings and construction plans based on the new protection unit for approval by the electrical control department before proceeding.

4. Overhaul of overvoltage absorption device.

Wipe the surface with a cloth, remove the first thread, and do not pull or lift the first thread. Verify according to regulations, and replace if it fails.
