The arc extinguishing chamber of the circuit breaker uses vacuum as the extinguishing medium and insulation medium, and adopts copper chromium contact material and cup-shaped longitudinal magnetic field structure. It has the advantages of high voltage resistance, stable insulation strength, rapid arc recovery, strong breaking ability, and low electrical wear.
The arc extinguishing chamber and insulation rod are longitudinally installed in a tubular insulation cylinder. The sealed product insulation cylinder is made of epoxy resin cast using APG technology, forming a sealed pole with the arc extinguishing chamber, insulation rod, and insulation cylinder. This structure completely isolates dust from the surface of the arc extinguishing chamber and prevents it from accumulating. The operating mechanism is a flat spring energy storage type with manual and electric energy storage functions; The chassis is divided into five assembly spaces by four partitions, each containing an energy storage part, a transmission part, a trip part, and a buffer part.
The circuit breaker can be installed as a fixed unit in a fixed switchgear, or combined with a dedicated propulsion mechanism (chassis) to form a handcart unit for installation in a handcart switchgear. The circuit breaker control circuit is equipped with a locking electromagnet and an anti trip relay, which have electromagnetic locking and anti trip functions.
